Menu and Operating features:

Polarity - The MaxPol feature allows for 3 levels of white hot, and 3 levels of black hot

E-Zoom - This unit has a digital magnification zoom of 2x, 4x, and 8x (note your resolution decreases as you increase magnification)

Brightness - Yes you can control the brightness

DFC or Digital Focus Control - Lets you soften or sharpen the image. When using this be aware you could increase the noise levels of the image so be careful.

DCE or Digital Contrast Enhancement - Helps the black and white stand out more

NUC or Non-Uniformity Calibration - To improve image quality.
